Special track on Resilient and Intelligent Cybersecurity Solutions for SMEs (SECURSENTRY)

Scope

The digitalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has become a strategic driver of competitiveness, operational efficiency, and market expansion. Ongoing investment trends are expected to consolidate existing digital infrastructures and further accelerate SMEs’ transformation processes. However, this rapid evolution significantly expands the attack surface, increasing exposure to sophisticated cyber threats. Notably, the growth in cyber risk is frequently not accompanied by proportional investment in cybersecurity capabilities, leaving this domain as one of the least mature dimensions of SME digital transformation.
The special session “Resilient and Intelligent Cybersecurity Solutions for SMEs (SECURSENTRY 2026)” aims to provide an interdisciplinary forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss state-of-the-art advances in AI-enhanced SIEM architectures, real-time threat detection and automated response systems, and cybersecurity frameworks supporting regulatory compliance for SMEs.

The session welcomes both theoretical and applied contributions, including industrial case studies, experimental validation, prototype development, and real-world deployment experiences.
